I haven't kept up with the lore or anything in Oblivion/Morrowwind/Skyrim so whenever people get into debates about one race's lore I attend just to become a spectator. A few questions I had in mind and if anyone could explain for me would be great! Questions are:

1) Who will control Cyrodiil in the very beginning?

2) From what I understand Cyrodiil is just one big mass zone that the three factions are competing for right? So, will this be instanced kinda similar how Tol Barad was in World of Warcraft? Will the two different factions attacking just kinda zone in?

That is a greaaaaat question . . . who will control Cyrodil in the beginning? Lol maybe the Ayleids?

Wish I had the answer to that I will sure as heck try to find out . . .

Lol, taking bets now as to which faction will crown an emperor first . . .

I think that remains a secret till after release, it might be an NPC faction, that gets actually involved with the combat .

The Imperials.

They are "extinct" by now. Ayleids around this time are a rare sight, and have inter-mingled with the Bosmer and Bretons.

And by our Queen's virtue, and Auri-El's wrath, we will avenge our Ayleid kin.

I am not that deep into ES lore, but i understood that from our battle in Cyrodill, the empire and the imperials would arise.... I.e. This would be the first empire and so to say the father of all imperials..

Then let's call them "Abnur Tharn loyalists"
