1:Flexing your muscles will make you weaker. Now I was pretty much a show-of and flexed my muscles multiple times. So I was pissed that I may have wasted all that time lifting these weights just because I was flexing too much.
2: And this is probably going to be disturbing but a junior on the Varsity team told me that tightening my but cheeks (Yeah, I was grossed out by that too.) will help me get stronger and came up with this weird and long explantion on why.
Now I'm too lazy to properly google this so i'm going to ask you.. Is any of these is true? I believe number one is but I really doubt number two is...
