I am thinking about using this service to hide my number so I do not get spam calls when applying for jobs and also if people I just meet need my number I can use that as well. But I am wondering if anyone knows how secure it is? I am looking to prevent my number and name from being seen by the other party. This is not for any illegal purposes I just like to keep my information private until I really know someone or there is a real need for it.

Well.. To be honest, if somebody spams your phone you can warn them.. Then if they call again you can sue them.. Or atleast in New York you can..
