1.) Character Bank - Will there be a bank for our toons?

2.) Auction House - Will there be an AH and if so will it be across all factions?

3.) My guild from Rift is planning on playing this game, some have already expressed which race they want to be. Choosing races from different factions will split us all up, can you be in the same guild as your friends who are playing a different faction? If not please make it so.

last thing I heard (like a month ago) was that guilds only ever exist for one faction, when did that change?

They're multi faction and can cross-communicate, but can't be in the same campaign last I heard.
