- Will we be able to visit all provinces regardless of our faction? Is it safe?
- We know generally what to expect in Cyrodiil, Morrowind, and Skyrim since we've been in those provinces already. We expect change obviously because the time TESO is set in is different. However, other places like Valenwood and the Black Marshes will be totally new. I've always wanted to go to Valenwood and now we don't need to wait for the next Elder Scrolls game, since all the provinces are in one game! So are we expecting TESO to basically be Morrowind+Oblivion+Skyrim games all meshed together, with additional provinces? Can we enter ALL the houses in every city, sit on chairs, and punch guards? Or can we only enter maybe a few shops and an inn. Is it going to be an open-world mesh of previous TES games? In other MMOs, you can often just enter a few buildings like the weapons shop, but not peoples homes. In TES games you can generally visit anywhere, so that's why I am asking this.
- Do you think that current designs of Morrowind+Oblivion+Skyrim will influence what we will see in these provinces in this game? There is a big time difference but it doesn't mean cities may not exist. We will obviously see new areas like the Summurset Isles- do you think this will provide a background for future TES games set in these provinces? Are we expecting already-met provinces to be totally different, or will I enter the Imperial City and go "OHHHH that looks familiar!".
(Note: I realise ofc there will be a lot of differences in what you can do like there may be no guilds or thieving may not be possible since the game is multiplayer)
I'm quite excited but I just want to know if it will be open-world and a free-to-do-whatever-you-want game (with limitations as it is multiplayer). As you have probably realised, I have no interest in PVP and I'm more interested in exploration, quests, and lore (essentially the regular TES game stuff!).
