2 Questions: Release date and thermal cam

so my game shop told me i'll get the game at the 23rd and now I see here the game will be released 24rd? So what?

and about the thermal cam, is it possible to see enemies in stealth?

You can see only partial thermal signature of unit with use stealth, and it's hard to spot.
