I'm 50 hours into the game.
Several quests are stuck now. Thankfully they are minor, but I'm worrying if this is going to be a problem later.
Is there anything that can be done?

- Dawnstar Jarl Skald gave me two quests to kill a dragon and a giant. "Miscelaneous" says "Collect bounty from Skald" twice but the empire has already taken over Dawnstar, and Skald is busy being sad in Ulfric's throne room.
- "Steal the Dragon's Breath Mead for Olda" points to a grotto where there were some wolves and ale, but no Dragon's Breath Mead in sight. Olda is not saying anything relevant.

Is there a way to "drop" the quest?

I'm on PS3, no mods.
