i know it is an asked question all the time, but what should i go, stormcloak or empire?

Im going to be a light armor board and sword with a little magic, no sure what imma use yet?

i was so down to go the empire until i saw some stormcloaks messing up some empire soldiers.

also, if i am a stormcloak can i still do solitude quest in the hold and have a home there, or do i have to go empire?

Do you wish to fight for independence and preserving your way of life and religion, or do you believe that you should fight for an empire? That's your choice right there.

Also, you still can do that quest as a Stormcloak supporter.

I support the stormcloaks, an Skyrim has a better chance for survival this way.

You can still get a home in solitude if you are a stormcloak.

I support the Empire, since Ulfric is a selfish leader. Even his own supports believe this.

There is no difference between the two sides armour wise however.

And the emperor, and emperors before him weren't selfish for wanting to rule all of Tamriel either. Nope, only Ulfric is selfish for wanting to withdraw from the empire and rule Skyrim. Same with those damn redguards in Hammerfell too, how dare they break away from the empire.

As for armor differences, one looks like another version of guard armor, till one becomes a commander (stormcloak), and the other is romanesque armor.

be a stormcloak - a true son of Skyrim. The other is just a bunch of slaves thinking they have control over their destiny while in reality they serve a bunch of yellow skinned pointy eared supremacists

Choose which side YOU want. Many that posted already are telling to choose one side because of their feelings and thoughts on that faction. Dont base yours off of theirs. Both the Empire and Stormcloaks have their pros and cons, you just have to choose which one is best for you. I'd look up both sides and read about em before I chose. That way you know about each faction.
