Hey guys, I've been experiencing this problem for a while and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it.

I have the quick draw perk for my archer, which is insanely helpful, as you know. However, it only likes to work about 10% of the time, if that. This is on PS3. I'm currently working on the Dragonborn story line, and I hope that if I beat it and reset those perks, maybe it could help. But, in the mean time, has anyone encountered this and solved it?
