I've noticed that now the Thieves Guild jobs (such as bedlam, fishing, etc.) are now available in Raven Rock. Does that mean that there is a City influence quest in Raven Rock, or Just an addition with the DLC. IF there is a new City Influence quest, is it available to people who have completed the other ones already, or would I have to start a new character?
