I don't recall what might cause this but i but what started this endless slow motion is when fighting a big cat (don't remember the name) >
As I was using shield to block the quick relex perk activated as usual but when i release the mouse the the whole world was still in slow motion besides my charactor.
Meaning I can sill move around and attack pick up items normal but everthing is in like1/100 slow motion.
This bug permantly messed up my game. I mean i can kill any boss with only my right hand clicking on the mouse this is rediculous! And i would have to wait 3min before they drop to the ground before looting.........totally unplayable!

I have tried F5/F9 exit game renter etc. still same. All the other bugs are just like little problems that only affects 0.X% of the whole game?
If this bug is triggered by and item quest etc etc. andone post a reply here. thx? I will make a new game still but i will avoid that bug if anyone knows

Can't you just load a previous save?

I had the bow zoom 50% slow time perk make everything stay slow mow for 30 seconds after I released it. It's happened twice now.hopefullythey fix these issues with slow mo.

Yes I've done that but the slow motion just continued.... the only way to play normally is not to use shields, whitch kinda suks cus I've got it pretty high.
So I"m think this bug is some slow mo thing not the save that's messed up it's the slow mo .

This happens to me very often. Slow motion gets stuck infinatly and no way to ending it. Have to reload an older save. I hope this is getting look into !

It's not happening 100% of the time Quick Reflexes activates, though. Don't really know on what conditions it happens. Seems like it's happening 100% of the time in some dungeons.

I found that this can be stopped by blocking another power attack.... the act of starting a new slowdown clears the old slowdown and usually after the power attack hits the slowdown is gone.... actually let the power attack hit the shield.. give it a try

I have had this problem with the arrow slow down perk, but it went back to normal after rezooming and having another slow down on top of it, (just like someone else mentioned about getting hit with another power attack.)

I wonder then if you used the slow time shout if it would reset after the shout was finished? Worth a shot.

This appears to happen 100% of the time versus Spiders for me.

Even if you block the power attack, sometimes slow motion gets stuck anyway.

I really hope this get fixed soon, I'm having this bug like every other fight. Constantly need to reload an older save and I sometime forgot to save after each fight...
