raceclass combo for the skill trees?

with everyone talking about the three skill lines we get from choosing a class I have been wondering why nobody seems to care about the skill line we get from picking a race. It seems to me the racial skill line will count for a great deal and the synergy from class/race combo is what will define who does what.

3 class skill trees
1 race skill tree
~ equipped weapon skill tree
~ equipped armor skill tree
? guild skill trees
1 vamp/wear skill tree


Do we know ANYTHING at all about the Race skill trees?
Are the guild trees mutually exclusive?
Are there sources of skill trees I am missing?
How the heck is it going to work with all the passives from like 15 possible skill trees? DO you just keep adding them forever even after lvl 50 with some kind of points system?
If so wont the number of passive skills make a large gap between new lvl50's and 50+

We know nothing about any of the skill trees in the game except for the Sorcerer one we saw the other day. So all there is is mainly just speculation on our part.

So far the Fighter's Guild and Mage's Guild skill trees are not mutually exclusive. You are able to get both of them. The only mutually exclusive trees we know of so far are the Vampire/Werewolf tree. You can't have both of them, only one.
