I read one review that there are "not just racial abilities, but racial skill lines".

Does that mean both, or are the abilities merged into lines?

Well if its a skill line then obviously it will have abilities (both active and passive) like all the other skill lines in the game.

As far as I know they aren't yet in the Beta build same as the PVP trees, but if they are than they will soon be leaked like the Nightblade skill line.

Yeah, racial skill trees are already confirmed. Wouldn't make sense for them to have separate additional abilities.

Well an ability is something you are born with and not something you train to get better at.

A skill line is something you have to put points into to raise. Granted the first skill one gets in their racial line, if its free at character creation, could qualify as an ability.

Thats how I was thinking about it.
