Does anyone know if there will be racial bonuses, like bretons have magic resist, wood elves have archery bonus...it'd be cool if they kept things like this included in eso. I know there's classes, but this would help customize things more.

There are racial skill lines just like there are skill lines for PvP, Guilds, Vampires, etc.

Not sure if they have passive traits, but I hope not.

There will be racials in the game.
