Heya-

Last night I was playing Skyrim and everything was going fine, until I fast-traveled to Solitude. Inside the city I noticed there was this intense blurring effect around the edges of the screen. I assume this is the radial blurring effect, it circles the edges of my screen, leaving only a portion of it clear. It's really obnoxious. I tampered with the radial blur effect, trying different settings and nothing worked. However, when I loaded up a different save, the blurring effect disappeared. I'd really like to solve this, I've put a lot of time into this current character and would hate to have to reinstall/lose any data.

My setup is as follows:

Intel i7 2600K
Dual EVGA 3 GB GTX 580's running SLI
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Win. 7 Ultimate
