It's been a little while seen I've played Skyrim, but on thing that used to bug me to no end was the radiant quest bugs. For example the "Fetch Me that Book!" quest line will call for you to find a certain book, and return it to the Mage's Guild. However, you find and pickup the book before given the quest, the quest can never be completed, nor can you ever obtain another type of this radiant quest. Has that been fixed since patch 1.3?
