So far sneak attacks with a well repaired Varmint Rifle seems to put these things down. Early game at least seems to favor high sneak snipers with all the open areas that have long sight lines.

I thought radscorpions were tough up until I ran into some Cardozas. Now, radscorpions look like bloatflies compared to them. My god I hate frickin bees so much.

Not really that difficult, just take a while to kill. They're pretty slow with attacking so its easy to outmaneuver them.
