Deaths that made you raged.

I'll start: I get killed by those cutters that move in a Dwemer dungeon and I have to start near the beginning again, but not at the beginning--but I have to re-do it all since those cutters came out of nowhere, and I didn't even know they were there--I was trying to use my spells on those greenish blue things that open doors but I couldn't on the last two.
