I mean, I know this game has visual issues, but damn. This is bordering on unacceptable for a current generation game. Can anyone tell me if this is how the game is really supposed to look on PC? I am playing on the highest settings possible. The graphics overall look very well designed, and from a distance everything looks great and gives a smooth FPS. But stuff like this is baffling to me:
