Raise the level cap!....

Raise the level cap!...Please?.....I'v been at lvl 81 for AGES & it's getting boring. Also I want to put a few points into Enchanting but I can't because I have no perks left to use.....I'm maxed out & I really don't want to start a new character. I'm a Vampire & I am weak against fire & my FIre Resist enchantment is only 18%, It barley does anything so I need enchanting.
Release a patch or with the next DLC raise the level cap so we can get a few more perk points & fill an extra perk tree. I've maxed out Archery, Light Armor, Sneak, Lockpicking, Smithing & I put half into Block & a few point's into one handed for those close encounters.......Now, because of my Vampirism I need Enchantments. Please raise the level cap or fix the effects of Vampirism.

Post what you think about the Level cap being raised.

Regards

I don't think we need a level cap raise. I'm pretty sure that you can buy a necklace or ring that well have 70% fire resistance at sure a high level. You might have something on that you don't want to remove and having the perks to make it yourself with extra enchant might be your end goal but are you telling us that in 81 levels you just now thought that maybe having this item would be a good idea?

No.

Cure your vampirism or buy Dragonborn because it has a perk reset. It really just sounds that you bounced around with your perks so much that you probably wasted a good 20 perks.

Maybe you should just begin a new character. I know you don't want to but it might be fun and that's actually what a lot of players do. Some even have several different characters going at one time and a lot even retire them around level 50 or 60.

I could see where a level cap would be preferred, but I've logged over 250+ hours into one character and he's only level 53. However, I also do a whole lot more exploring and adventuring then some so my level might not raise as quickly as others.

Also, I'm not sure about this but even if you're maxed at 81 can't you still raise your rank as a vampire and earn perks? I thought that was categorized seperately from your overall level.

The perks earned for the Vampire Lord skill tree can only be spend in that skill tree and no where else.

Still. Even with my mage and current melee character after you're in the 60s I'm like "The hell do I spend these extra perks in?". My mage still has like 19 perks that haven't been spent because I've no clue where to spend them.

Since leveling is tied in with skill points, they'd have to add skills in order to increase the cap.
I'd rather not have to jump up and down a million times to gain another level.

One of my favorite things to do after I maxed out the skills I normally use in morrowind and oblivion was to completely switch play styles and use the same character with different skills. Now with dragon born and perk reset you can do that. As long as you keep magic/health/stamina at a 2/3/1 ratio you can go from being a master swordsman to a mage. Im sure theres a couple of perks you wouldnt mind loosing so just get dragon born when it comes out (or now with xbox) and trade them in for enchant and shield perks. Also dawnguard greatly lessens the penalty you get to fire resistance. Get some DLC's.

We don't need a level cap raise which would make us more powerful in relation to our enemies, we need higher level enemies who will be more powerful in relation to us.

No.

We just need SMARTER AI on the enemies. We need enemies that'll shield bash the hell out of us for doing a power attack out of no where just because we can. We need mages that can cast a short duration paralysis spell on the player. We need enemies that wear more than 200 armor rating setups so they can actually tank more damage.
