I've loaded the save in case, and it still gives me an Ebony or Banded Iron shield instead of the Blade. thought i'd start with the most recent, definitely repeatable bug, even if it's on the "Sometime in january at best" priority level.
To other players, Don't load the XMB while you're on the Skills menu unless you're doing a level-up. without the magicka/health/stamina thing it instantly freezes on mine. same quite often on loading screens, but that's more predictable.

Ones that I've had since before the patch... due to talking to Vilkas first, the no Farkas quests/no followers bug with the Companions Purity quest,

visual errors... example due to loading autosave too much, Tullius randomly half-crouching then standing up again, but that's understandable with re-loading the area 4 times in case.


more minor ones solvable by just not wearing it, Steel Plate and Ebony armour definitely clip through the female characters shoulders,
so the shoulderpads go through the upper arm armour. Ebony it's ok, barely noticable but steel plate even if you're standing still it's very apparent.
Even more minor...Also a pre-patch but unlisted one, random necromancer raised dead having armour in inventory but not Wearing it...
3 female raised corpses in a row this was, but seems to be gone since thankfully.

I'll edit this post if anything appears, but the fact this is all I've really got in 257 and a half hours I'll take as a good sign. I've only had other crashes when doing major War-related quests and those were fixed by an exit/reload game save before the battle started.
