I was just looking around Solthsteim and found a lil note at the ramshackle trading post that says "meet me here at midnight". I picked it up and waited but no one ever showed up.. anyone have any idea what its for?

Easiest way to get him to spawn is to not be @ the trading post. Go up to the skaal village or raven rock, wait till midnight, then run over. He's there for me 99/100 times if I do it that way.

I picked up the note and just completely forgot about going back at midnight, will have to try it out next.
