Ran into a slight problem... : V

I looked in the Cheats, Hints, and Spoilers section, but there was no help there.

I did the quest where you help Wilhelm find out about Shroud Hearth Barrow. I killed the man inside, brought his journal back to Wilhelm, and got the Sapphire Dragon Claw to open the door. The problem is, the door won't open. I inspected the claw, and entered the correct combination, but the door doesn't open. Instead, darts shoot out from the ceiling and walls. I've tried leaving and returning, resting, waiting, and reloading the game, to no avail. Is there any fix for this?

Are you sure you're doing the right combination?

My friend had that problem on the first one of those doors and he just reloaded a previous save and it worked fine.

Well, I just did something and it worked. I entered the correct combination again, tried to open the door. It doesn't. With the combination still in tact, I spin each ring once, and try to open the door again. Still nothing. I do the same process once more, and try to open the door. This time, it opens. I don't know, maybe it was some sort of bug, but I'm just glad I got the door open. Lol.

Edit: I found the solution to my problem. This thread can be closed.
