Random Attacks Have Finally Payed Off

Post » Fri Sep 07, 2012 4:52 pm

Funny thing happened just a few hours ago.

Because I married Mjoll the Lioness I have been stuck with the unfortunate bug of having that creep Aerin following her everywhere she goes, it's very annoying considering we recently moved into my custom built home using Hearthfire and he's in my house 24 / 7 But now I can safely say I am 100% behind the "random attacks" that happen in Skyrim because as I left my home in the morning a giant was waiting outside, I attacked the giant then ran to where Aerin was standing (uninvited in my garden) safe to say the giant destroyed Aerin and now it looks like Mjoll has returned to being a bug free wife. Just letting people know incase anyone else has the same issue with Mjoll.

I'm delighted he's out the way, it was really starting to annoy me. I even waited till he was outside my house while Mjoll and my steward Faendal remained indoors, I killed him and it kept alerting Mjoll and Faendal who turned hostile on me. High five to that giant who I unfortunately had to kill after it.

Probably could of sneak killed him, although my character had next to no sneak skills and Aerin of CreepLand stood within inches of Mjoll while she slept so I didn't have an opportunity to attempt a decent sneak kill.

So he just watched her sleep?

Yeah he did, it's quite creepy and a very annoying bug. He just shows up in your house once you return from a quest, and just followers her to every room of the house. When she sits in a chair he stands right behind her ( possibly sniffing her hair ) but when she goes to bed he just watches her haha. It was funny at first, I'm just happy he was killed by the very angry Giant.

Imagine living in Whiterun. Having both Lydia and Aerin watching you two sleep...

and if I brought my other follower and good pal Faendal along as well there would be five of us. Would never get a good nights sleep again. Maybe it wasn't a bug in the game, maybe Aerin is just a complete creep. The only one missing from the party would be that Cicero chap.

Nope, if I ask Mjoll to follow me he just disappears. But when I dismiss her when we return to our home he will just walk in uninvited while im sitting eating dinner. Then he asks me "not to cause any trouble" .... IT'S MY DAMN HOUSE !! I think he seems to think I'm trespassing or something.
