Anybody else experience this? Happens randomly throughout the world, i get green flickering on my screen with strange noise. Very annoying bug, breaks immersion. Plz fix this Bethesda!

I have it too, seems to happen near water/snow or inside tight places like narrow walk ways. Makes the water splashing noise and green full screen flashes. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I am running windows 7 64bit with i7 2600k sandy bridge 3.8 turbo, 8gb ram, geforce 570 super clocked with 1.2gb, no vert sync, all settings on ultra. Doesn't make a difference on high either, thought I haven't tried turning off FXAA but shouldn't matter, I run ultra with no fps slow down and should be able to with out the flashing.

I am having the same issue, it happens terribly when I am at a high elevation. Another bug I am having not sure if it's related to that is sometimes my horse and I are thrown into the air when going up a mountain.

Settings on ultra / high, no vert sync.

you get this by disabling Vsync in the INI, and having an high FPS because of it.


Enable Vsync again, or find a frame rate capper and keep it under 60 fps.

I've heard this is a work around… I just was hesitant to try it. I guess I'll give it a go tonight.
