and it's not realistic in sense that I enjoy when I visit a location for the second time without any alterations in time. It should also be coded in the next Tes game more unique 'random' events that created the world you're living in more enjoyable.
1st. example: 'A random thief found a new hideout inside one of the (cleared) caves, which is close to some of the roads/paths near Riften, but not yet discovered by Inn keepers concerning rumors'. 'grin'
2nd. example: 'A npc wizard at Winderhold College created a new spell for sale'.
3rd. example: 'In fact more like Oblivion Tes game - it doesn't feel that empty to be brief'

Well, the only randomness concerning faction npcs is happening mostly within cities at nights, and they usually get caught by guards.

The Dawnguard expansion improved a little concerning the vampire issues in major cities in Skyrim, but I miss the creativity within a plot concerning random encounters for us player to explore further - see it as a 'random side quest'.
So the in-depth random events ain't there in my humble opinion, and that's why this is so vital to work with at least in next TES game, because I don't enjoy the world to be empty, which is why I look forward to TES Online.
And in my opinion in a single player game - it's vital that the random encounters are fun to explore/discover - otherwise the game is over when the quests are done, which is silly and it doesn't feel realistic.
It should be a game to have fun to play after you've done with most of the quests - when you finally is a powerful warrior/mage/rogue, but the world feels EMPTY/CLEARED. 'sigh.'
I certainly hope bethesda add similar content in a new patch, and with a new twist concerning an improved 'random encounter table' - so I can enjoy my life as a rogue guildmaster.
At the moment I feel when I've achieved a certain in-game goal within a faction, well.. Yes, it feels empty and that is sad without a decent random npc challenge/faction encounter.
