I got this glitch today, everytime I press the menu(Tab) my camera goes on zoom mode, on both first and third person. I loaded previous saves, same thing. No mods installed, 100% clean game. Couldn't find any PC fix, any help?

When was the last time you changed the batteries in your mouse? Did your wireless mouse receiver get moved or blocked?

Does this happen on a new character?

Try deleting the INI and Prefs files (or just rename them if you have changed them) and launch the game again. Finally, try re-validating the files of the game.
