To me, these seem like the most important skills, the other ones will be decided based on how the game works with my play style. I am playing a Nord Berserker that crafts on the side for himself and sale. I am also assuming a level 50 character that starts at level 1. 49 perks to spend.

Interesting build.
You will be switching between dualwield/shield depending on situation correct?
Your smithing skills looks strange though. You are using light armor but you don't have glass smithing AND dragon bone smithing(best armors).
What I would do is :
drop 1 rank of Armsman, Shield wall and Agile Defender so you get 3 free perks and move those perks to : Advanced Armors-->Glass Smithing-->Dragon Bone Smithing.
That way you will be able to craft and improve all weapons and armor so you will get access to both :
- best light armors (glass and then dragon bone)
- best weapons (daedric)

I did not realize that there would be a Light version of dragon armor. I am going to be dropping one point in each of the stats that you suggested. Seems the most logical choice. I can make up the difference in potency with smithing and Enchanting. Thanks for the input!

And yes, it's dual wield for everything but dragons and multiple targets.
