Is there any way to complete the quest if I've already talked to Ranger Andy and done the takedown stuff? I know the wikia says no, but just wondering if anybody got lucky.Or do I just have to wait for the next playthrough?

Note that even though I had already completed the quests to send 1st Recon to Forlorn Hope and brought up the bomber for the Boomers, I could still talk to Sterling and Loyal and get whatever convo pieces I got (not much from Loyal after the bomber comes up), and trigger Raul's talking points.

Unfortunately, no. PS3.

On a side note, I am actually considering buying either this or Fallout 3 for PC. Probably could run it on my home computer, though it won't be super high def or anything.
