Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone else has had trouble completing Raul's quest? I was able to talk to all three of the "older" citizens that activate Raul's new discussion topics, but he only "reacted" when i talked to Loyal (Boomer) and SGT Sterling (Camp Mcarren or Forlorn Hope). When i try to talk to Ranger Andy in his shack in Novak, the conversation goes as normal, but when i leave, Raul never proceeds further with his discussion topics. Ive tried dismissing him, waiting a few days, and picking him back up as a companion but have had no luck so far.

Does anyone kn ow a way to fix this, either in game or with a console command?
