In the site game trailers saying "Release Date: 12/31/2010" what do you think about that?this is true?or say this because they dont know when is the release date but they know that release is in 4 quarter of this year?

Actually, they said it's Holiday 2010. And, according to an article I cannot recall instantly, it's actually Autumn 2010. Well, go figure.

I wish they would have at least given SOME sort of indication of when can we expect it, or what sort of general deadline they've set for themselves, but I guess for now, we're just going to be treated like this...

I can't remember where i heard this but i thought i read that the release date was September 24. I kinda' doubt it though.

I doubt 31/12/2010 is the release date. Many sites have used this date sinces the anouncing of the game in june last year.
Crytek says the game will be released in holidays 2010 so i will guess late November or early December

No, that is not the real release date.

The real release date is sometime in late november or early december.

My local insider said something to do with December or earlier
