Real-Time Smithing

Hi guys!

I decided to exercise myself even more with scripting, and I managed to make a Real-Time Smithing mod.
What it currently features:

* Craftable and Playable smithing hammer.
* Ability to maintain your weapons for 15 hours - in real time!
* Your hammer will randomly break.
