My friends and I have formed a guild, but as you can imagine, we don't all want to be in the same alliance.

I know that in PVP, alliances will of course fight each other, so we couldn't play alongside each other. Also, the main storyline will be solo and alliance-based. However, what about PVE (dungeons and exploring) or other parts? As a Nord in the Ebonheart Pact, will I be able to travel to Elsweyr to explore or go to dungeons with members of my guild from different alliances?

I've been reading a lot online and still cannot find clarity. Being able to play with my friends is really important to me, so I would like to understand this better. Can anyone help?
