So i was down in the soul cairn and noticed a building called the reaper's liar. It is located south of where valerica is trapper or past page 5 of the opus book, and inside the building is a portal but needs a reaper's shard to open the gate. Ill be scouring the soul cairn and update soon as a i find it. Or if anyone has found this reaper shard let me know.

I needed 3 reaper shards to get him to come out. They can be found in chests.

Actually i heard you can throw some runes on the floor and he will spawn due to a bug, so if you want to avoid the hunt then you can do this
