Rebuilding Morrowind

I haven't gotten too play Dragonborn, as I am a P.C gamer, but I had a very interesting question for Morrowind Buffs who happen too be playing it on Xbox now.
Do you think there is enough content created out of Morrowind Nostalgia too be a good initial booster for a project too rebuild Morrowind using Skyrims Creation Kit?
I mean, not too finish it out entirely, but enough too easily populate the world with stuff that Morrowind was populated with, familiar objects and NPCs, stuff that would take a lot of time developing from scratch.
What do you guys think? Do you think that Dragonborn will finally allow modders too reproduce Morrowind entirely in Skyrim's Engine?

From what I've seen so far, no I don't think so. There's a lot of totally new items, but not enough to remake Morrowind. At least not enough to remake it without it looking like Skyrim when you got done.

Wasn't the initial project stopped because of legal issues?

Not every "to" is "too"

Well, I'm not sure about that, I think it was initially but it's still out there and there are multiple rebuilding initiatives still running using both Oblivion and Skyrim as a base.
With that in mind, I kind of doubt cease and desisting the people doing these things is the highest priority on Bethesda's table at the moment.
