Recommend me some good RPGsGames

I haven't played many of my games for a while due to not being in a gaming mood for several months, but recently I've started to get back into them and thinking back to GOG makes me consider getting some more older games I've never played before. I look on Steam for some titles now and then but little interests me, and there are a few titles on GOG that I've looked into yet haven't bought.

There are some things on both I want, though I'll likely get more from GOG for now than Steam.. eventually I hope to have a good stock of games to keep me occupied long into the future.

To name the games on Steam/GOG that I want / am considering getting:

Steam

Doom 3 BFG edition (and maybe even Final Doom and Ultimate Doom)

Miner Wars 2081 (will have to give this more thought)

GOG

Icewind Dale

Neverwinter Night

Baldur's Gate

I also played Divine Divinity and while I had trouble starting off, it turned out to be a really entertaining game and I may consider getting the rest but I don't know which one comes next. I can't think of anything else that has caught my interest unless I can get recommendations for more.. I'd prefer single character games since I'm a solo player, but I'll give team-based games a consideration as long as it's not a pain to control everyone. I almost bought Dragon Age: Origins after I made a thread inquiring about it but decided against it in the end, so I'll reconsider it as well (I know how popular it is around here) though I'm going to wait a little longer before buying anything.

So, what would you all recommend?

I hear planescape torment is a master piece on par with fallout 2. Also play Fallout 2 if you have not.

The Witcher, the Witcher 2 (both on GOG), Dragon Age: Origins, and Dragon Age 2 are all great RPGs... edit: Almost forgot, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow has a really amazing story and some pretty fun gameplay.

Despite poor reviews, I always recommend Game of Thrones RPG for PC, PS3 and XBox 360. The game's physical design is undeniably antiquated, but the system of RPG style is traditionally designed, superb dialogue and story. It's not a Skyrim in terms of open world, but it's a very in depth story that I found compelling and enjoyed the story being very believable in the world (With GRRM guiding the developer's hand in terms of writing of the dialogue and story. He even makes a cameo vocally as a Maester.)
