Recommendation for Maximum Performance and Gameplay

I recently just bought a New HDD/ Hard Drive for my PS3, But it's not a HDD it's a Intel 520 series SSD/ Solid State Drive (its $180 for the 120GB I have)but they have many more to choose from and It's made just for gaming. It's Super Fast and it makes every game I have run smooth. But anyways I got Skyrim without knowing about any of the problems it's been having and I had just realized the save file was getting bigger but it only lagged once out of the 32 hours I've played so far. plus with the preinstalled game data (if that's what it's called) it helps load every house and every city within seconds (usually within 4 seconds for homes and cities 12 seconds) not minutes. So if your a hard core gamer or a techie I highly recommend this. If You Don't Care about smooth gameplay, fast load times and barely ever having a glitch I don't recommend it.

Thanks for sharing the advice. But for $180 I can buy 10 or more games that work like they are supposed to. Or some food. Buying an SDD to play only Skyrim is not good advice

What about the stuttering? Did you notice it while playing? And yes i want a smooth game, is it worth to buy? I think
180 dollars are really a lot of money, and there are other SSD with the same performance at less price
