I dont have any DLC for it so what do you do in multiplayer lol ?

is it same stuff as GTA 4 but with horses?

I have it for PS3 if that counts.. Its still active. Its basically GTAIV multiplayer but many of the flaws of the multiplayer have been handled. Some new ones have been added such as the problem where the game is unbalanced because people can spawn with the best weapons.

what flaws did GTA 4 have besides people hacking the game to point where if you found out they were hacking (via getting a close range head shot 22 times and doing no damage) they would then despawn anything you drive trap you in tetris block and lock you console forcing you to reset it

Oh sorry I thought you were referring to GTAV for the consoles (Unless you were and the console version has bad hacking).. Ok well GTA for the console had a problem where if you weren't near another person, cars wouldn't spawn. That was dealt with by adding a horse you could whistle. Also, making a group with your friends was rather difficult because there was no posse system.. So they added the posse system in. Finding weapons after you died was a hassle, but I don't think the fix was right. Hacking was a major problem, I can't really remember it on the console version but I know on the PC version the hacking was terrible because of Games for windows live having no anti-hack system.

people by pass it on 360 with USB stick or console modding i constantly report it i am unsure if anything is done about it tho

No, you have to go find little bottles of it laying near campfires.

It will show up on the mini-map with the health packs.
