once i get to top enchanting, i want to enchant all the items, however the shrouded stuff is already enchanted, paticularly for hands and feet. What other red stuff is there? currently my guy looks boss!

Let me think..
Penitus Oculatus Armor
Shrouded Armor
Noble Clothes
Emeror's Robes
Master Robes

There's probably some more, though vibrant colors are somewhat uncommon in Skyrim.

If you're on PC, there'll be an abundance of mods for red clothing and armour, if you're on console... beyon what you've listed, I don't know.

Noble Clothes are what some Jarls wear, such as Balgruuf. Two sets can be found on a shelf in the far end of the East Empire Warehouse, in Solitude. To untag their stolen status, reverse pickpocket it to a merchant or fence it, and then buy it back.
If I recall correctly, the Master Robes (of Destruction, Conjuration etc.) consist of a red shirt with a purple-ish robe over it.

Redguard garb + Redguard hood. (These are unique items, worn only by Nazir. You have to destroy the DB to get them.)

Some of Cicero's Jester's clothes are reddish? Red enough to fit in my opinion. Some fairly decent enchantments as well...

There's a set of ordinary clothes that's red. On women, it looks like a red apron dress, with a sort of white shirt or dress underneath.

The blacksmith's apron comes in a red version (red dress/shirt and black apron).

Noble Clothes are what some Jarls wear, such as Balgruuf. Two sets can be found on a shelf in the far end of the East Empire Warehouse, in Solitude. To untag their stolen status, reverse pickpocket it to a merchant or fence it, and then buy it back.

Really? There I learned something I didn't know! I'm so going there (out of character, since she's no thief, but I guess I'll just cheat a little and pretend she bought it at Radiant Raiment...).
