So, I tried to enter a redeem code, and...



... ^ this. It just prompts me to log in, even though I'm already logged in. Tried with username, tried with email, cleared cache, tried different browsers, tried from manual URL, tried from in-game. Result is always the same. Anyone else having this issue or knows the solution? (Tried searching the forums too, yeah, with not much success.)

Don't worry, once you log in and enter the code you'll just log back into the game and realize that none of it is there or your MP account is completely reset.

I bought the game on steam, i accidentally have two accounts (two emails), one that seems to have the user name and one that i used to buy the game. When i log in using the user name (astonish) instead of email on this site and drop the code in it says "done" and is happy, but ingame I see nothing and I'm still level 1. Also I got a thank you email to the email address of my other account not tied to the user name. Really f'in confusing and broken

Thankfully I don't care *that* much about a couple skins, tho the XP boost would have been nice. EA/Crytek in the future make a clear way to see which email/username go together. I really have no idea which email my user name is tied to...

Someone on another forum told me he got it to work by using a different browser and I did manage to enter my code using IE (normally use Opera).

It worked on my first try when I entered my Limited Edition Code

But when I refreshed the page to enter my pre-order code from Game I got the same message everyone here is getting asking me to login, even though I already am. I've since tried different browsers clearing the cashe and still I get the same problem, please fix

The first account i made didn't work ingame so i used the 'delete account' option and went ahead and created another one on which i redeemed the promo code.

The verification email went to the old one instead but ofcourse i cannot retrieve a new password on the old account because it's blocked or does not exist.

Then i wanted to use the contact form on the site but after typing a whole bunch of stuff it wouldn't even let my click on 'Send Message' what the heck is up with that?

I know it says 'BETA' on the top of the page, but you just don't launch a beta website with a finished product that forces you to use it?!

I'm still looking for a fix for this, anyone had any luck yet?
