Who wants to start a Redguard Brigade

As much as i like the redguards, I'm unsure if becoming part of a military brigade is really their thing. Most descriptions of them is that they are superb warriors and make for good soldiers, in part due to their Ra Gada and sword singer heritage. But that same
heritage make them very independent fighters, whom not often function and perform well under regimented leadership.

This is my own understanding of the lore, but put simply I think what happen with Redgurds under military discipline is that their individual cunning and strategic sense is strangled when they are forced to follow commands.

Instead of a military brigade, have you considered a more loose organisation, mimicking perhaps a Hall of the Virtues of War or the.order of Diagna? They'd still fight together, but not as regimented, thus better adhering to redguards tradition. Either way I would be.interested in supplying such an organisation with weapons and.armour.
