Took a break from the game for a few months but am planning on getting back into it. One question though: Is it still possible to reduce the magicka cost for spells in Conjuration by at least 50-75% using enchanted items with fortify conjuration? I would have thought that Bethesda had fixed the 100% reduction but is it still possible to get 50-75%?

100 percent is still possible, and i highly doubt they will fix it unless they fix the magic system all together. which again, i highly doubt.
