I think it was Redwater, I was high on Skooma at that point in time though.

Point is, all Skooma should be like this. The most hated substance in Tamriel, gives you a positive boost with no side effects? I liked how if you drank the Skooma in the den you blacked out and woke up somewhere diferent, and would like to see this applied to all Skooma, but at th e very least normal skooma should have the screen color effect/ time slowing that the Redwater variety has outside of the den.

Yes, Redwater Skooma is fun.

Lorewise though normal skooma we find in Skyrim is very diluted and cut with other things.
Some NPC's comment on that and in the skooma den you clear out for the Jarl of Riften you find blisterwort and other ingredients theyve been using to cut the skooma with.
