Reference Alias Keyword Problems or Bugged?

I want to add a keyword "A" to an alias that has a specific keyword "B" but thats not working.
Going into detail, i created a quest and a quest reference alias and added my keyword "A" which i want to add to alias keywords.

I tried nearly every possible option for "fill type":
- Find matching reference, in loaded area, closest, matching condition: HasKeyword == "B" (that whas my original approach, all listed below are just for testing purposes but neither worked)
- Added matching objects to a form list and instead of HasKeyword i checked IsInFormList
- Tried out a specific reference and chose a specific reference (and checked this ingame ofc)
- Tried out the matching condition GetIsObjectType == Furniture and start/stopped the quest while standing inside the object

Nothing works. To check that it is not the keyword itself that is the problem here I manually edited one of the matching objects (A SmithingForge) and added the keyword DLC1CraftingDawnguard and of course that worked but thats not the way i want to to it because that would conflict with alot of other mods.

To go further into detail. When chose the vampire hunters in the Dawnguard DLC you can do an amount of radiant quest for a NPC which let you craft several crossbow variants and enchanted steel and dwarven bolts at the forge in their HQ. To craft general stuff at any smithing forge those forges have a keyword called CraftingSmithingForge which matches with the normal recipes (like iron, steel, daedra, etc.). The normal steel and dwarven bolts also have this keyword. Crossbows and enchanted bolts have DLC1CraftingDawnguard. The only forge with this keyword is in their HQ.
If you manually modify any forge and add DLC1Dawnguard keyword you would be able to craft those thing as long as you have done the quests for that specific npc (which is only able if you join their faction).

Because of general compatibilityinstead of modifying those object I want to to that with an alias and thats how it is normally done for every other thing but neither that seems to work nor ironically is a papyrus function like "addKeyword".
