Refund for Skyrim

I was wondering if i could just get a full refund on my ps3 copy of skyrim so i can use that money to buy an xbox copy. i love the ps3 and all, but it seems to be a re-occurring theme for multiplats to be nerfed for it it. waiting a month for dlc is one thing, getting a game of lower quality, with uncertain dlc release dates is another. i payed 60$ + tax for the game midnight release. i payed for a good, high quality game. that's not what i got. i'm fully aware that most bethesda games are full of bugs upon release as they are quite large and complicated. but it seems more resources are devoted to the platform that slips the most money under the table. I'm certain that the skyrim team is trying their "hardest" to make it seem like they give 2 [censored] about the ps3, but we all know where the money comes from. i mean [censored] a new dlc is already on its way to xbox before they can get the first one out to the ps3. really shows that they are putting a lot of devotion towards the ps3. so if it is possible for me to send my copy of skyrim in to get a full refund or half off on an xbox version? thanks that would be great.

The first two dlc's were under contract for exclusive release in the first place. Nothing they could do about it unless they refused the deal, which in marketing is a very bad idea.
Only way a company can work is if they have money, whoever has the highest bid gets what they want. If Sony wanted they could probably pull a similar contract or something for the PS3.

Only reason why DG hasn't come out is because if they sold it to the Ps3 people now they'd basically say "why did you release such a bad dlc to us, why didn't you fix it before you gave it to us". I doubt Bethesda is purposefully holding DG from you all because they don't care about the ps3.

I'm going to go with you not getting a refund.

While I am sorry for your frustration, refunds are generally brokered at the point of purchase, not on the developer's forums. In short, this is a matter for you to discuss with your retailer.
