So I've finished the Main Quest and have now started through the Civil War stuff. In the meeting during the Main Quest, I choose to give everything to Ulfric because I read doing otherwise could glitch the Civil War achievements as it wouldn't give you credit for capturing the places you got as part of the truce.

Well, I'm trying to regain The Reach, I'm at the Imperial Base in the Reach, I'm staring at Legate Rikke, she has the icon over her head to indicate she is the quest giver and though she will talk to me, the dialog option "What are my orders" or whatnot is not available.... Just "Why do you fight" and "What will it take".

I've tried reloading, reloading to before I even acquire the quest, and redoing all of it again, fast traveling to the location, but nothing.

Help! Please!
