I finished all the others questlines and am 110 hours into the game. (a lot of time lost cause of lag).
Now I'm trying to finish the Imperial questline but im at Reunification of Skyrim. The only arrow points me at the imperial rift camp to an empty place.
And Legate Rikke is nowhere to be found.
