Regarding the Dawngard statement posted today.

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 10:48 pm

Is that really the best information you can come up with after a month Gstaff? Seriously? After 3 seperate posts, with around 23 pages of posters expressing their dissatisfaction on having no information relating to the PC and PS3 versions.

If that's the best you can do then I guess I'm not going to find out what's it like to be a vampire lord or use crossbows. One day when the DLC is on sale for a pound or two I'll give it a shot but as of now I refuse to buy it at full price when or as it appears now, if, it is ever released on another platform.

I honestly don't understand Bethesda's PR department at all. Incompetent comes to mind though.

Dawnguard was fun, but totally not worth its price. Because some of its content should have been in the vanilla game. Vampires were already in vanilla Skyrim, now, with Dawnguard, we've just got a story behind them and a little explanation on how the Falmer are what they are. That's it.

I agree 100%. This is no way to treat loyal fans. We deserve more information, even if it isn't the news we were hoping for.

As an xbox user, I would like to know whether there is an MS related gag on this deal. Cause if there is, for all the good it would do, they would get a good old British angry letter. And a threat to take my custom elsewhere (namely valve). It would be nice if other 360 users would join me in that venture and stand up for our fellow gamers.

If it's marketing department related: sack the plonker responsible, honesty and transparency are more appreciated than big companies think.

Can't tell if sarcastic or not?

Timed exclusives are neither here nor there IMO, but keeping people in the dark is unfair. :(

I think he was serious, I also agree with him.

They need to get it released fast before I read much more posts like fubark's and decide not to bother with it at all.

Seriously what an antagonizing statement from Gstaff today, after waiting 30 days they should at least have a release date for us.

Oh what a shock!
From the swirling void of no information comes a horror none of us could have forseen: The Deafening Silence!

On PS3 noone can hear you scream. Apparently.

You think that's antagonizing? You clearly haven't been to the PS3 Tech forums. For 2 months, we've had to put up with Gstaff pretty much saying "I know you want information on a patch that is already out on other platforms, but we have nothing to tell you. Sit tight."

Frankly, I'm not surprised he basically said the same thing here.

sadly this is exactly what I expected and while the PC users have mods I truly feel bad for the PS3 users, bethesda is acting as if you dont matter at all.

I love Bethesda's games and I'm willing to forgive a lot, but even I can't defend their marketing department. It clearly svcks. They have no idea how to communicate with customers and they're not even trying.

I'm not buying Dawnguard. I don't care about it enough, not anymore.
