Good new's for me and probably most of you, the update has solved every one of my problems. Putting the Vsync option to smart causes stuttering, but with it turned on fixes it. No more NPC flickering, no more config files etc. Very happy, thanks Id

Also, for future notice when it comes to Ati CCC, what are the best options to normally have for it?

it might help to put VSync in the CCC to VSync On Unless App Specifies. i have no stuttering using SMART that way.
