Hello all - I've been away on business for quite some time and finally found some time to work on my custom world again. I am trying to understand the Region editor better but I am really frustrated on the lack of info out there for it. Does anyone know of a tutorial? I tried the Fallout 3 Region Editor tutorial but it is kind of limited.

I am trying to learn if it is possible to raise land/terrian for hills and mountains or do I have to go in manually and create them all with the Landscape Editor?
